Focusing on Payment Solutions, his expertise covers Cheque, EFT, RTGS, SWIFT, and Mobile Payments. This extensive experience positions him perfectly to highlight the effects that culture, legislature, and language have on the art of business analysis.
Sybrin has implemented systems across Africa, and has accrued a wealth of experience on how to deliver in an African context. This presentation will focus on the Business Analysis role across Africa and how it differs from country to country, including what approaches have worked, and how to avoid common mistakes.
Exploring these questions and more, attendees will gain insight into how to run a successful Requirements Workshop. Often overlooked, this is a crucial step towards executing an on-time and on budget project. Being able to ensure that a true “meeting of the minds” has taken place between stakeholders is a crucial skill for every Business Analyst, but one that many practitioners are still learning. Presented by an engaging and charismatic speaker, Paul's presentation will interest people of all skill levels.
